Your session is the fun part. But your gallery reveal and ordering appointment is where it all comes to life.
This is a 60-minute, in-studio appointment at Megan Bowers Photography in Lawrence, Kansas. You will watch your slideshow, choose products, and place your order. You will not be left guessing. I guide you the whole time.
At MBP, we also call this the GRP. It stands for Gallery Reveal and Purchasing appointment.
A gallery reveal and ordering appointment is your ordering day. It is not a casual “come look at photos” visit. It is the moment we finish your senior experience.
Here is what we do in one hour:
That means you leave knowing it is handled.
Your gallery reveal and ordering appointment happens about 2 to 3 weeks after your session. That gives me time to fully edit your images.
You will see about 70 finished images. These are the images I have already edited. You are only choosing from the best.
All decision makers must attend your gallery reveal and ordering appointment.
If someone has to approve the order, they need to be there. If someone is paying, they need to be there. This protects your time and keeps you from having to “check with someone later.”
Real talk: when decision makers skip, orders stall. Then you lose momentum and get stuck in decision paralysis.
A little prep makes your gallery reveal and ordering appointment easy.
Before you come in:
Here is the step-by-step of your gallery reveal and ordering appointment.
You will see your senior’s images in a slideshow first.
This is the moment parents get emotional.
This is also the moment seniors realize how good they look.

Next, I show you product samples in the studio.
You can touch them and see sizes in real life.
Most popular options include:

Then we talk numbers clearly and calmly. No weird pressure. No vague answers.
You choose a collection first. After that, you can add on anything you want.
This is where most people freeze. So I lead the process.
We pick images for the album first. Then we design wall art for your space. Then we finish with gifts or add-ons.
You will watch me build your order live. Album layout, wall groupings, and sizes. You will see it before you buy it.
Payment is due at your gallery reveal and ordering appointment. There is a $750 minimum payment due that day.
You can pay by card or cash. You can also set up a payment plan.
Yes, payment plans are available. Most families split payments over 3 to 6 months.
Digitals are included only if you purchase a collection that includes them. Digitals are delivered after your order is paid in full.
This keeps it simple and fair.
Most products come back about 2 weeks after ordering. Once they are ready, you will pick them up at the studio.
And this part matters. Your products are packaged in bags and boxes. It feels like a birthday or Christmas morning. You get to unwrap your images like they deserve.

If you need to reschedule your gallery reveal and ordering appointment, let me know within 24 hours.
We will reschedule it at that time.
Digitals matter. I get it. But most families also want something they can see every day. Albums and wall art keep your senior year from living only on a phone.
That is normal. This is why we go over pricing first, then build the order. Payment plans help a lot here too.
Also normal. Most families tell me, “I’m so glad you helped me choose.” That is literally my job in this appointment.
If you want a senior experience that is guided from start to finish, you are in the right place. Inquire through my website to get started.
