5. Email Marketing
When you download a free guide, join our Senior Team VIP list, or sign up for our newsletter, you'll be added to our email list. You may receive photography tips, updates, and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
6. Minors
We photograph high school seniors, so we may collect information about students under 18. When a client is under 18, a parent or guardian signs the service agreement and takes part in scheduling and payment.
Students 13 and older may join our email list or VIP list on their own. We invite them to add a parent's email so parents stay informed.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Parents and guardians may review or request deletion of their child's information at any time by emailing us.
7. How We Handle Your Photos
We handle your session images with care. How your photos may be used, including in our portfolio, on social media, or in marketing, is covered by the client service agreement you sign before your session. This Privacy Policy does not change that agreement. For questions about image use, please review your agreement or contact us.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information and work only with trusted providers. No online system is 100% secure. Please don't send payment details or other sensitive information by email or text.
9. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide our services, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. Session images may be archived for a limited time after delivery so we can help with reprints or replacement galleries.
